Just thought I'd mention there's a few reasonably effective ways of preventing people from starbursting away from POS shields. Hopefully we'll get a chance to demonstrate this in a video when someone pulls a "starburst" on us.

The game current gamemechancis and reinforce timers would make a "surprise" attack completly pointless. Attacking someone's home space while they're away only works when they're tied up with campaigns elsewhere, and can't just jumpclone back home.
